If you are acting on behalf of a company or other organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
4. Accounts
Certain Deviking services may require the creation of an account.
You are responsible for:
- providing accurate and current information;
- keeping your login credentials secure;
- maintaining access to your registered email address;
- all activity performed through your account.
You must notify Deviking if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.

Certain paid software products may require a license.
The applicable license may specify:

- the duration of access;
- the number of users or websites permitted;
- available software updates;
- support entitlement;
- other product-specific limitations.
License keys must not be publicly disclosed, shared with unauthorised third parties or used beyond the limits of the purchased license.

Some software products may require online activation.
During activation, Deviking may process information necessary to verify the license, such as:
- license key;
- product identifier;
- activation status;
- activation domain or installation identifier;
- software version;
- activation count;
- other technical information necessary for license verification.
Attempts to circumvent, manipulate or interfere with licensing or activation systems are prohibited.
7. Software Updates
Where updates are included with a product or license, Deviking may make updates available from time to time.
Updates may include:
- bug fixes;
- security improvements;
- compatibility changes;
- performance improvements;

Deviking may modify, replace or discontinue features where reasonably necessary.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Deviking does not guarantee that a software product will remain indefinitely compatible with all future versions of third-party software, operating systems, platforms, frameworks or hosting environments.
8. Lifetime Updates
Where a product is advertised as including “lifetime updates”, this means updates will remain available for as long as Deviking continues to maintain and commercially distribute that particular product.
“Lifetime” refers to the commercial lifetime of the product and does not refer to the lifetime of the customer, account or business.
9. Technical Support
Certain products may include technical support.
Support may include reasonable assistance with:
- installation;
- configuration;
- documented functionality;
- confirmed software errors;
- product-related technical issues.

- server administration;
- unrelated third-party software;
- website development;

10. Support Periods and Renewals
Where a product includes a defined support period, support is available for that period beginning from the applicable purchase, activation or license creation date.
Additional support periods may be purchased separately.
Where additional support is purchased while an existing support entitlement is active, the additional support period may be added after the current support expiry date.
Where support has expired, a newly purchased support period may begin from the date of renewal.
Support entitlement is separate from software update entitlement unless expressly stated otherwise.
11. Prices
Prices are displayed on the website before purchase.
Deviking may change prices at any time.
A price change will not normally affect a transaction that has already been completed.
Prices may be displayed:
- including or excluding applicable taxes;
- in different currencies;
- according to customer location or payment provider.
The final amount payable will be displayed before the transaction is completed.
12. Payments

The applicable payment provider may collect and process:
- billing information;
- payment details;
- tax information;
- customer identity information;

Payments are also subject to the applicable payment provider’s terms and privacy policy.
13. Taxes
Applicable taxes may depend on:
- customer location;
- customer type;
- billing information;
- applicable law;
- payment provider.
Where a third-party provider acts as Merchant of Record, that provider may be responsible for calculating, collecting and remitting applicable taxes.
14. Digital Delivery
Deviking products and services are generally delivered electronically.
Delivery may occur through:
- download links;
- customer accounts;
- email;
- license activation;
- application stores;
- other electronic methods.
Delivery may begin immediately after payment.
15. Refunds and Digital Products
Deviking products are generally digital products and services.
Because digital products may be delivered, downloaded, accessed or activated immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable once digital delivery has begun, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
The separate Refund Policy published on Deviking.net forms part of these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
16. Right of Withdrawal
Where applicable consumer law provides a statutory right of withdrawal, the right may be affected once delivery of digital content begins.
Where required by law, Deviking or the applicable payment provider may request your express consent to immediate digital delivery and your acknowledgement that the statutory right of withdrawal may be lost once delivery begins.
Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
17. Open-Source Software
Certain Deviking software may include components distributed under open-source licenses.
Where an open-source license applies, your rights to that software are governed by the relevant open-source license.
Nothing in these Terms restricts rights that cannot legally be restricted under an applicable open-source license.
18. Intellectual Property
Except where software or content is licensed under an open-source or third-party license, all intellectual property rights in Deviking products and services remain with Deviking or the applicable rights holder.
This includes, where applicable:
- trademarks;
- logos;
- website content;
- documentation;
- graphics;
- user interface designs;

- technical failure;
- network outages;
- security incidents;
- third-party service failures;
- infrastructure upgrades;
- circumstances outside Deviking’s reasonable control.
24. Product Changes and Discontinuation
Deviking may modify or discontinue software products or services.

Deviking does not guarantee that every product will remain available indefinitely.
25. User Content and Support Submissions
If you send information, files, screenshots, logs or other content to Deviking for technical support, you confirm that you are authorised to provide that information.
You remain responsible for ensuring that you do not disclose unnecessary confidential information, passwords, API keys or other sensitive credentials.
26. Privacy
Personal information is processed in accordance with the Deviking Privacy Policy and, where applicable, any product-specific privacy notice.
The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms.
27. Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Deviking products and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Deviking does not guarantee that:
- software will be completely error-free;
- services will always be uninterrupted;
- all third-party integrations will remain available;
- software will meet every individual business requirement;
- every incompatibility with third-party software can be resolved.
Mandatory statutory warranties remain unaffected.
28. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deviking will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use Deviking products or services.
This may include, where permitted by law:
- loss of profits;
- loss of revenue;
- loss of business;

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
29. Backups
Users are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of their systems and data.
Before installing or updating software, customers should maintain a current backup where appropriate.
Deviking is not responsible for data loss that could reasonably have been avoided by maintaining appropriate backups, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
30. Suspension
Deviking may suspend access to hosted services, licensing systems or support where reasonably necessary because of:
- fraud;
- security risks;
- abuse;
- unauthorised use;
- material breach of these Terms;
- chargeback or payment fraud;
- attempts to compromise Deviking infrastructure.
Where reasonable, users may be given an opportunity to resolve the issue.
31. Termination
You may stop using Deviking products and services at any time.
Termination or discontinuation of use does not automatically create a right to a refund.
Sections intended by their nature to survive termination will continue to apply, including intellectual property, limitation of liability and applicable payment obligations.
32. Changes to These Terms
Deviking may update these Terms from time to time.
Changes may be made to reflect:
- new services;
- changes in law;
- changes in business practices;
- technical changes;
- security requirements.
The latest version will be published on deviking.net together with the date of the most recent revision.
Continued use of the services after changes become effective may constitute acceptance of the updated Terms where permitted by law.
33. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which the Deviking operator is established.
If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory consumer rights or protections available under the laws of your country of residence.
34. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force to the extent permitted by law.
35. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any applicable:
- Privacy Policy;
- Refund Policy;
