Selecting Sandbox or Live Mode

The Mode setting determines which Paddle environment the gateway uses.

Available options:

• Sandbox (Test)
• Live

The plugin automatically displays only the credential fields for the currently selected environment.

Credentials for the other environment remain stored and are not deleted when switching modes.

5.1 Sandbox Mode

Select:

Mode → Sandbox (Test)

Enter:

Sandbox API Key

Example format:

pdl_sdbx_apikey_...

Sandbox Client-side Token

Example:

test_...

Sandbox Webhook Secret

Paste the Secret key from the Sandbox notification destination you created earlier.

5.2 Live Mode

When your integration is ready for production, select:

Mode → Live

Enter:

Live API Key

Example:

pdl_live_apikey_...

Live Client-side Token

Example:

live_...

Live Webhook Secret

Use the Secret key from the Live Paddle notification destination.

Do not enter Sandbox credentials in Live mode or Live credentials in Sandbox mode.
