Paid Orders With Wrong Status

What this tool does

Finds orders that are considered paid but remain in a status that does not match the expected paid workflow.

Why it is useful

Can reveal payment callback or status-transition issues.

How to use it

1. Open Woo Toolkit → Orders → Paid Orders With Wrong Status.
2. Run the scan.
3. Review the stored results and use search or pagination when needed.
4. Open the affected WooCommerce record if a correction is required.
5. Use Export CSV if you need to work with the results outside WordPress.

Scan history

Woo Toolkit keeps the latest 20 scans for this module. Historical scans are saved snapshots, so opening or exporting an older scan does not rerun the scanner.

Important notes

Order results should be reviewed in context. Custom gateways, imports, and business workflows can legitimately produce unusual order data.
