Negative Stock

What this tool does

Finds products or variations with stock quantities below zero.

Why it is useful

Negative stock can indicate overselling, synchronization issues, or manual data errors.

How to use it

1. Open Woo Toolkit → Products → Negative Stock.
2. Run the scan.
3. Review the stored results and use search or pagination when needed.
4. Open the affected WooCommerce record if a correction is required.
5. Use Export CSV if you need to work with the results outside WordPress.

Scan history

Woo Toolkit keeps the latest 20 scans for this module. Historical scans are saved snapshots, so opening or exporting an older scan does not rerun the scanner.

Important notes

Review backorder settings before treating every result as an error.
