Stuck Pending Orders

What this tool does

Finds Pending Payment orders older than the configured diagnostic threshold.

Why it is useful

Useful for identifying abandoned or unprocessed checkout records.

How to use it

1. Open Woo Toolkit → Orders → Stuck Pending Orders.
2. Run the scan.
3. Review the stored results and use search or pagination when needed.
4. Open the affected WooCommerce record if a correction is required.
5. Use Export CSV if you need to work with the results outside WordPress.

Scan history

Woo Toolkit keeps the latest 20 scans for this module. Historical scans are saved snapshots, so opening or exporting an older scan does not rerun the scanner.

Important notes

Order results should be reviewed in context. Custom gateways, imports, and business workflows can legitimately produce unusual order data.
