Refund Exceeds Order Total

What this tool does

Finds orders where the recorded refunded amount is greater than the order total.

Why it is useful

Such records should be reviewed for refund or migration inconsistencies.

How to use it

1. Open Woo Toolkit → Orders → Refund Exceeds Order Total.
2. Run the scan.
3. Review the stored results and use search or pagination when needed.
4. Open the affected WooCommerce record if a correction is required.
5. Use Export CSV if you need to work with the results outside WordPress.

Scan history

Woo Toolkit keeps the latest 20 scans for this module. Historical scans are saved snapshots, so opening or exporting an older scan does not rerun the scanner.

Important notes

Order results should be reviewed in context. Custom gateways, imports, and business workflows can legitimately produce unusual order data.
