Duplicate Order Numbers

What this tool does

Finds orders that resolve to the same displayed order number.

Why it is useful

Especially useful when custom order-number plugins or migrations are involved.

How to use it

1. Open Woo Toolkit → Orders → Duplicate Order Numbers.
2. Run the scan.
3. Review the stored results and use search or pagination when needed.
4. Open the affected WooCommerce record if a correction is required.
5. Use Export CSV if you need to work with the results outside WordPress.

Scan history

Woo Toolkit keeps the latest 20 scans for this module. Historical scans are saved snapshots, so opening or exporting an older scan does not rerun the scanner.

Important notes

Order results should be reviewed in context. Custom gateways, imports, and business workflows can legitimately produce unusual order data.
