Usage Limit Inconsistencies

What this tool does

Finds coupon usage data that conflicts with configured usage limits.

Why it is useful

Useful for reviewing imported or manually modified coupon usage data.

How to use it

1. Open Woo Toolkit → Coupons → Usage Limit Inconsistencies.
2. Run the scan.
3. Review the stored results and use search or pagination when needed.
4. Open the affected WooCommerce record if a correction is required.
5. Use Export CSV if you need to work with the results outside WordPress.

Scan history

Woo Toolkit keeps the latest 20 scans for this module. Historical scans are saved snapshots, so opening or exporting an older scan does not rerun the scanner.

Important notes

A flagged coupon is not always unusable; review the promotion rules and intended business logic before editing it.
