Old Completed / Canceled Actions

What this tool does

Finds old completed or canceled Action Scheduler records.

Why it is useful

Useful for reviewing Action Scheduler database growth.

How to use it

1. Open Woo Toolkit → Database → Old Completed / Canceled Actions.
2. Run the scan.
3. Review the stored results and use search or pagination when needed.
4. Open the affected WooCommerce record if a correction is required.
5. Use Export CSV if you need to work with the results outside WordPress.

Scan history

Woo Toolkit keeps the latest 20 scans for this module. Historical scans are saved snapshots, so opening or exporting an older scan does not rerun the scanner.

Important notes

Create a database backup before manually deleting or modifying database records.
