Orders Using Missing Gateways

What this tool does

Finds orders that reference payment gateway IDs no longer available on the site.

Why it is useful

Useful after gateway replacement, plugin removal, or migrations.

How to use it

1. Open Woo Toolkit → Payments → Orders Using Missing Gateways.
2. Run the scan.
3. Review the stored results and use search or pagination when needed.
4. Open the affected WooCommerce record if a correction is required.
5. Use Export CSV if you need to work with the results outside WordPress.

Scan history

Woo Toolkit keeps the latest 20 scans for this module. Historical scans are saved snapshots, so opening or exporting an older scan does not rerun the scanner.

Important notes

Some gateways intentionally do not store transaction IDs in the standard WooCommerce field. Treat such results as diagnostic evidence, not an automatic failure.
