Paid Orders Missing Transaction ID

What this tool does

Finds paid orders without a stored transaction ID, excluding selected offline methods.

Why it is useful

Useful for reviewing payment integrations that normally store gateway transaction references.

How to use it

1. Open Woo Toolkit → Payments → Paid Orders Missing Transaction ID.
2. Run the scan.
3. Review the stored results and use search or pagination when needed.
4. Open the affected WooCommerce record if a correction is required.
5. Use Export CSV if you need to work with the results outside WordPress.

Scan history

Woo Toolkit keeps the latest 20 scans for this module. Historical scans are saved snapshots, so opening or exporting an older scan does not rerun the scanner.

Important notes

Some gateways intentionally do not store transaction IDs in the standard WooCommerce field. Treat such results as diagnostic evidence, not an automatic failure.
