Maintenance workflow

Maintenance tools can change WooCommerce or WordPress data. They use a controlled workflow:

Dry Run → Preview → Confirm → Apply → Log

Before applying changes

• Create a current database backup.
• For file-related operations, also back up the website files.
• Review the preview count and affected records.

Execution history

Maintenance actions record execution information so administrators can review what was run and how many records were affected.
