Clean Old Scheduled Actions

What this tool does

Delete old completed or canceled Action Scheduler records using a selected retention period.

Recommended workflow

1. Open the tool.
2. Run Dry Run.
3. Review the preview.
4. Create a backup if you have not already done so.
5. Confirm the action.
6. Apply the maintenance task.
7. Review the execution result.

Retention

Select the age threshold for old completed/canceled actions. Cleanup is processed in controlled batches to avoid unnecessary server load.

Important

Maintenance actions modify data. Do not apply a cleanup simply because records were detected; verify that the records are genuinely no longer required.
