Setting Rules on Product Variations

Variation-level control

Each variation can define its own Minimum Quantity, Maximum Quantity and Quantity Step.

Variation values take priority over the parent product and global settings.

Example

A variable T-shirt could use:

• Small: Min 5, Max 100, Step 5
• Medium: Min 1, Max 50, Step 1
• Large: Min 2, Max 50, Step 2
• XL: Min 5, Max 100, Step 5

This is useful when stock, packaging or supplier requirements differ by variation.
