Disabling Global Rules

When global rules are disabled

Global Min, Max and Step values are not applied to the catalog.

Product and variation rules continue to work normally. Any field that has no product or variation rule falls back to WooCommerce behavior.

Useful for selective control

Keep global rules disabled when only a small number of products need quantity restrictions.
