Global Rules Are Not Applying

Check that global rules are enabled

Global rules are disabled by default. Entering values alone is not enough if the global feature remains disabled.

Check product overrides

A product-level value has priority over the corresponding global value.

Check variation overrides

On variable products, a variation value has the highest priority.

Save and retest

Save the settings and product, clear any relevant site/page cache, then retest the product page.
