A Product Is Ignoring the Global Minimum

Product-level override

If Minimum Quantity is filled on the product, that value overrides the global minimum.

Variation-level override

If a selected variation has its own minimum, the variation value overrides both the parent product and global minimum.

Expected priority

Variation → Product → Global → WooCommerce default
