Import Grouped products

Grouped products use a reduced set of product fields.

Inventory includes SKU, global unique ID and stock status. Linked Products includes Up-Sells, Cross-Sells and Children.

Child products can be supplied by SKU and are resolved after the import so products created in the same run can be linked correctly.
