Wrong Printer Receives the Job

If a job reaches the wrong printer, review both the rule destination and any manual selection used for that job.

Checklist

1. Open the originating Print Rule.
2. Confirm the selected Device.
3. Confirm the selected Printer.
4. Check whether the job was manually reassigned.
5. Verify printer names in Windows.
6. Review fallback settings.

Future jobs

Correct the rule and save it. Existing jobs keep the destination assigned when they were created unless manually changed.
