How to Install Deviking Product Feeds Pro

Installing Deviking Product Feeds Pro takes only a few minutes. The plugin can be installed directly from the WordPress dashboard or manually through your hosting control panel or SFTP.

System Requirements

Before installing the plugin, make sure your website meets the minimum requirements:

• WordPress: 6.2 or newer
• WooCommerce: 7.0 or newer
• PHP: 7.4 or newer
• WooCommerce must be installed and active

For the best compatibility and security, we recommend keeping WordPress, WooCommerce and PHP updated to currently supported versions.

You can check your current environment from:

WooCommerce → Status

Download Deviking Product Feeds Pro

After purchasing the plugin, download the installation ZIP from your Deviking account.

Keep the file in ZIP format. You do not need to extract it when installing through WordPress.

The installation package will look similar to:

deviking-product-feeds-pro-v1.0.0.zip

Important: Deviking Product Feeds Pro is a complete standalone plugin. You do not need to install the standard edition first.

Method 1: Install from the WordPress Dashboard

This is the recommended installation method.

1. Log in to your WordPress administration area.

2. Navigate to:

   Plugins → Add Plugin

3. Click Upload Plugin at the top of the page.
4. Click Choose File and select the Deviking Product Feeds Pro ZIP file you downloaded.
5. Click Install Now.
6. When the installation is complete, click Activate Plugin.

After activation, Deviking Feeds will appear in the WordPress administration menu.

If the plugin has not yet been licensed, you will be taken to the License page.

Enter your Deviking license key and activate the license.

Once the license has been successfully activated, the full Product Feeds Pro interface becomes available.

You can then access:

Deviking Feeds → Dashboard

Replacing an Existing Deviking Product Feeds Installation

If the standard edition of Deviking Product Feeds is already installed, you do not need to configure your feeds again.

Install the Pro ZIP through Plugins → Add Plugin → Upload Plugin.

If WordPress detects the existing plugin files, choose the option to replace the current version with the uploaded version.

Your existing Product Feeds configuration is stored separately from the plugin files, so your feeds and settings are preserved during the upgrade.

After replacement, activate the plugin if necessary and complete the Pro license activation.

Do not run the standard and Pro editions as separate plugins. Deviking Product Feeds Pro replaces the existing installation.

Method 2: Manual Installation

You can also install the plugin manually using your hosting File Manager or SFTP.

1. Download the Deviking Product Feeds Pro ZIP file.
2. Extract the ZIP file on your computer.
3. Upload the plugin directory to:

/wp-content/plugins/

4. Make sure the final plugin directory is:

/wp-content/plugins/deviking-product-feeds/

5. Open your WordPress dashboard.

6. Go to:

   Plugins → Installed Plugins

7. Locate Deviking Product Feeds Pro and click Activate.

8. Open:

   Deviking Feeds → License

9. Enter your license key and complete the activation.

Once activated, all Pro features and administration pages become available.

License Activation

Deviking Product Feeds Pro requires a valid license to unlock its functionality.

Before activation, only the License section is available.

After successful activation, the complete plugin menu becomes available, including feed management, templates, advanced filtering, dynamic attributes, category mapping, tools and other Pro functionality.

License activation also enables access to Deviking’s protected plugin update service.

Installation Complete

After installation and license activation, go to:

Deviking Feeds → Dashboard

From there you can create your first product feed or configure the plugin according to your requirements.
