How to Open a Support Ticket with Deviking

Deviking customers can manage technical support through the dedicated Deviking Support Center at:

https://support.deviking.net

The Support Center lets you view your licenses, check your current support status, open new support tickets, review existing tickets, and renew support when required.

A new support ticket can be opened for a license while its technical support period is active.

Access the Deviking Support Center

Open:

support.deviking.net

Log in to your existing Support Center account or register if this is your first visit.

Your Support Center account must use the same email address associated with your Deviking license.

For example, if your plugin was purchased using:

john@example.com

your Support Center account should also use:

john@example.com

This allows the Support Center to locate the licenses associated with your purchase.

If You Purchased Without Creating a Store Account

A WooCommerce account on the Deviking store is not required in order for the Support Center to recognize your license.

If you purchased the plugin as a guest, simply register at the Support Center using the same email address used during checkout.

For example:

Purchase email:
john@example.com

Support Center account:
john@example.com

Once logged in, licenses associated with that email can appear under My Licenses.

My Licenses

After logging in, open:

My Licenses

Here you can see the Deviking licenses associated with your account.

A license with active support may display information such as:

License:
Active

Updates:
Lifetime

Support:
Active

Support until:
YYYY-MM-DD

When support is active, the license provides access to opening a new support ticket.

Open a Ticket from Your License

The easiest way to create a ticket is directly from My Licenses.

Find the license related to the product you need help with.

When support is active, use:

Open ticket

This ensures that the support request is associated with the correct Deviking product and license.

For example:

Deviking Product Feeds Pro

License:
Active

Support:
Active

[ Open ticket ]

Open the ticket and provide the details of the problem.

New Ticket

You can also access the New Ticket section of the Support Center.

A new support request must be associated with a license that currently has active technical support.

If you own several Deviking products, make sure the request is created for the license related to the problem.

For example, an issue with:

Deviking Product Feeds Pro

should be submitted using the Product Feeds license rather than a license belonging to another Deviking plugin.

What to Include in Your Support Request

Providing clear technical information helps us understand the issue faster.

When describing the problem, include relevant details such as:

What you were trying to do
What actually happened
Any error message displayed
WordPress version
WooCommerce version
Plugin version
Steps required to reproduce the problem

If the issue only occurs under a specific configuration, describe that configuration as well.

For example:

Plugin:
Deviking Product Feeds Pro

Version:
1.0.0

Issue:
Scheduled feed generation does not run.

Manual generation:
Works normally.

Feed schedule:
Every 6 hours

This is much more useful than a description such as:

Feed doesn't work.

Include the Exact Error Message

If WordPress, WooCommerce, Deviking, or your server displays an error, include the exact message whenever possible.

For example:

Generation failed: output directory is not writable.

Avoid replacing the actual error with a general description such as:

It gives me an error.

The exact message can significantly reduce troubleshooting time.

Describe How the Issue Can Be Reproduced

If possible, provide the sequence that causes the problem.

For example:

1. Open Deviking Feeds → Feeds.
2. Edit the Google Shopping feed.
3. Change the price mapping.
4. Click Save & Generate.
5. Generation stops before the file is created.

This helps support reproduce the same behavior.

One Issue per Ticket

When possible, keep each ticket focused on one specific issue.

For example, instead of opening one ticket containing:

FTP does not connect
+
WPML output is wrong
+
a category is missing
+
price formatting question

create separate requests for unrelated technical problems.

This keeps the conversation easier to follow and makes each issue easier to resolve.

Closely related symptoms of the same problem can, of course, remain in one ticket.

My Tickets

You can view your support requests from:

My Tickets

This area lets you return to existing support conversations instead of creating a new ticket for the same issue.

If support replies to your request, continue the conversation inside the existing ticket whenever the reply concerns the same problem.

Continue an Existing Ticket

If a ticket is already open for an issue, do not create another ticket for the same problem.

Open:

My Tickets

and continue the existing conversation.

This keeps the full troubleshooting history together.

Support Must Be Active for New Tickets

New support tickets require an active support entitlement.

For example:

License:
Active

Updates:
Lifetime

Support:
Active

allows a new ticket to be opened.

If support has expired:

License:
Active

Updates:
Lifetime

Support:
Expired

a new support ticket cannot be opened until support is renewed.

License and Support Are Separate

Your Deviking plugin license and your technical support period are separate.

An expired support period does not mean that the plugin license has expired.

For example:

License:
Active

Updates:
Lifetime

Support:
Expired

means the plugin can continue to receive its lifetime software updates, but a new technical support ticket requires support renewal.

Included Support Period

A normal Deviking plugin purchase includes:

6 months of technical support

The support period is associated with the purchased license.

Your Support Center displays the current support status and expiry date under My Licenses.

Existing Tickets After Support Expiration

If you opened a ticket while support was active and the support period expires while that ticket is still being handled, the existing open ticket can continue until it is closed.

For example:

Ticket opened:
10 September

Support expires:
15 September

Ticket still open:
16 September

You can continue that existing support conversation.

Support renewal is required when you need to create a new ticket after the support period has expired.

Renewing Expired Support

If your support period has expired, open:

My Licenses

The license can display:

Support:
Expired

[ Renew 1 Year Support ]

Click:

Renew 1 Year Support

The appropriate support renewal product opens on the Deviking store.

The license information is passed to the renewal process so the support package is applied to the existing license.

Complete checkout normally.

Once the renewal order is completed, the support entitlement for that license is extended.

After Support Renewal

Return to:

support.deviking.net → My Licenses

Refresh the page.

The license should once again display:

Support:
Active

together with the new:

Support until:
YYYY-MM-DD

You can then open new support tickets again.

How a 1-Year Renewal Is Calculated

If support is still active when you renew it, the new support period is added after the existing expiry date.

For example:

Current support expires:
10 March 2027

Renewed before expiry:
1 February 2027

New support expiry:
10 March 2028

You do not lose the remaining support period by renewing early.

If support has already expired, the new support period begins from the renewal date.

For example:

Support expired:
10 March 2027

Renewal purchased:
20 May 2027

New support expiry:
20 May 2028

If Your License Does Not Appear

If My Licenses does not show a license you purchased, first verify that your Support Center account uses the same email address stored with the license.

For example:

License customer email:
john@example.com

must match:

Support Center account:
john@example.com

Using another email address prevents the Support Center from associating the license with that account.

If the Open Ticket Option Is Missing

Check the support status shown under My Licenses.

If you see:

Support:
Expired

renew support before creating a new ticket.

If you see:

Support:
Active

the license should be eligible for a new support request.

Example Support Workflow

A typical support request follows this process:

Visit support.deviking.net
↓
Log in or register
↓
Use the same email address as the license
↓
Open My Licenses
↓
Select the relevant license
↓
Confirm Support: Active
↓
Click Open ticket
↓
Describe the technical issue
↓
Submit the request
↓
Continue the conversation from My Tickets

Example: Product Feeds Support Request

Suppose you need help with Deviking Product Feeds Pro.

Open:

My Licenses

and locate:

Deviking Product Feeds Pro

License:
Active

Updates:
Lifetime

Support:
Active

Support until:
2027-03-10

Click:

Open ticket

A useful issue description could be:

Scheduled feed generation is not running.

Plugin version:
1.0.0

WordPress:
6.x

WooCommerce:
10.x

Feed:
Google Shopping XML

Schedule:
Every 6 hours

Manual generation works correctly, but the scheduled
generation does not create a new file.

Providing this context makes it easier to investigate the problem.

Before Opening a Ticket

Before submitting a new request, it is useful to check:

The plugin is updated
The issue can still be reproduced
The correct license is selected
Support is active
The exact error message is available
The relevant configuration has been saved

For Deviking Product Feeds Pro specifically, you can also use:

Preview
Validate Feed
History
Logs

before opening a ticket, as these can provide useful troubleshooting information.

Support Checklist

Before submitting your ticket, confirm:

  • You are logged in at support.deviking.net.
  • Your account uses the same email address as your license.
  • The correct license appears under My Licenses.
  • The license shows Support: Active.
  • You are opening the ticket for the correct product.
  • The issue description clearly explains what is happening.
  • Exact error messages are included where available.
  • You have included the steps needed to reproduce the issue.
  • You have included the relevant plugin and environment information.
  • You are continuing an existing ticket rather than creating a duplicate for the same problem.

The Deviking Support Center keeps your licenses, support entitlement, renewals, and technical support requests connected in one place, making it easy to open a ticket for the correct product and follow the conversation until the issue is resolved.
