Per-Field Output Controls — Complete Reference

Each output destination has the same three choices: Use global setting, Always show, or Never show.

Use global setting

The field follows the corresponding global setting in Order or Email settings.

Always show

The field is shown in that destination even if the global default is disabled.

Never show

The field is hidden from that destination even if the global default is enabled.

Admin order

Controls display in the WooCommerce order screen.

Customer emails

Controls display in customer-facing WooCommerce emails.

Admin emails

Controls display in store-admin WooCommerce emails.

Thank you page

Controls display after a successful order on the order-received page.

My Account → Order details

Controls display when the customer views the order inside My Account.
