Save, Reset, and Unsaved Changes

Save

Save sends the current field configuration through AJAX without reloading the page. A short Saved notification confirms success.

Pending changes

Changes to row switches, positions, order, and field edits are not committed until Save is used.

Reset

Reset restores the field list to the plugin’s default field configuration for that section. Use it carefully because it can replace custom field-order and field-state changes.

Large configurations

The plugin sends the field configuration as a JSON payload so a large number of fields does not create hundreds of separate POST variables.
