Recommended Initial Setup

1. Open Order Tracking → Carriers.
2. Activate only the carriers your store uses.
3. Set the most frequently used carrier as the default.
4. Open each carrier you plan to use and verify its Direct Tracking URL.
5. Upload a custom carrier logo where needed.
6. Open Order Tracking → Settings and choose the customer-facing tracking fields you want to display.
7. Choose whether adding a new tracking number should change the WooCommerce order status.
8. Review the Carrier and Tracking columns for the WooCommerce Orders list.
9. Open Email Settings and configure the dedicated shipment email or WooCommerce email insertion.
10. Create a test order and test the full workflow before using tracking on live orders.

Carrier URL validation

Carrier websites can change their tracking URLs. Because carrier URLs are editable, you can correct a carrier link without waiting for a plugin update.
