Order Status Changes During CSV Import

CSV import uses the same Order status after tracking is added setting as manual tracking entry.

When status changes

The status change is attempted for an order after at least one new tracking entry has been successfully imported.

If all rows for an order are duplicates and nothing new is added, the import does not treat that as a new tracking action.

If Custom status is selected in Settings, the configured Deviking custom WooCommerce status is used.
