Creating a Custom Shipped Order Status

1. Open Order Tracking → Settings.
2. Set Order status after tracking is added to Custom status….
3. Enter the Custom status name, for example Shipped.
4. Enter a stable Status slug, for example shipped.
5. Choose the order-list badge background and text colors.
6. Save Settings.

Real WooCommerce status

This creates a real WooCommerce order status rather than only changing the displayed wording of Completed.

Status slug

The slug is stored without the wc- prefix. Do not change the slug after orders start using the status unless you are deliberately migrating those orders.
