Adding a Custom Carrier

1. Open Order Tracking → Carriers.
2. Click Add Carrier.
3. Enter the Carrier Name.
4. Enter the Shipping Country.
5. Enter a unique Carrier Code.
6. Configure the Direct Tracking URL.
7. Optionally choose a carrier logo from the WordPress Media Library.
8. Enable Digital delivery carrier only when the carrier does not require a tracking number.
9. Click Save Carrier.

Carrier Code

The code is the internal identifier used in order data and CSV imports. Use a stable lowercase slug such as my-courier.

Direct Tracking URL

The URL should send the customer to the carrier tracking result whenever the carrier supports a direct result URL. Include {tracking_number} or another supported placeholder where required.
