Duplicate Handling During CSV Import

The importer compares the new CSV row with tracking entries already stored on the target order.

Duplicate definition

A row is considered a duplicate when both values match an existing entry:

• Carrier Code.
• Tracking Number.

Result

Duplicate rows are skipped instead of creating a second identical tracking entry.

Import summary

The completion notice reports how many duplicate rows were skipped.
