Downloading the Sample Tracking CSV

1. Open Order Tracking → Import / Export.
2. Click Download sample CSV.
3. Open the file in Excel, Google Sheets, LibreOffice Calc, or another spreadsheet editor.
4. Replace the example rows with real order IDs, carrier codes, tracking numbers, and shipping dates.
5. Save as CSV and import the file.
