Importing Tracking Numbers from CSV

1. Open Order Tracking → Import / Export.
2. Under Import tracking numbers, choose a CSV file.
3. Optionally enable Send tracking email for newly imported tracking entries.
4. Click Import CSV.
5. Review the import result notice and any reported row issues.

Existing tracking data

Import does not replace the existing tracking array. New valid entries are appended.

Duplicate protection

A row is skipped when the order already contains the same carrier code and tracking number combination.

File size

The CSV import has a 10 MB upload limit.
