Editing an Existing Carrier

1. Open Order Tracking → Carriers.
2. Click the Edit icon on the carrier.
3. Update the required fields.
4. Click Save Carrier.

Changing a carrier’s Direct Tracking URL affects links generated after the change, including links for existing tracking entries that use that carrier code.

Editing the carrier code

Treat the Carrier Code as a stable identifier. Changing it after the code has already been used in orders or CSV files can prevent older tracking entries from resolving the same carrier record.
