Customer Tracking Display Settings

Open Order Tracking → Settings → Customer display.

Available controls

• Show carrier logo – shows the carrier image or fallback initials.
• Show carrier name – displays the carrier’s configured name.
• Show tracking number – displays the saved tracking number.
• Show shipping date – displays the shipment date.
• Show Track Shipment button – displays a link to the carrier tracking URL.
• Open tracking in new tab – controls whether the carrier link opens in a separate browser tab.

Where these settings apply

They control the standard Deviking customer-facing tracking block, including My Account and the public order-tracking result.
