Dedicated Tracking Email Overview

Deviking Order Tracking can send a dedicated HTML tracking email to the order billing email.

Where it is triggered

• Enable Send tracking email to customer when adding a new tracking entry in an order.
• Enable the optional email setting during CSV tracking import.

Configuration

Open Order Tracking → Email Settings → Dedicated tracking email to configure the subject, heading, body content, and placeholder output.

WooCommerce mail pipeline

The plugin sends the email through the WooCommerce mailer so normal WooCommerce email formatting and mail filters can be applied.
