Configure a Redirect After Expiration

Select Redirect visitors

1. Edit the content item.
2. Enable expiration.
3. Choose the expiration date and time.
4. Select Redirect visitors under Action after expiration.

Configure redirect settings

The plugin displays an additional Redirect settings area containing:

• Redirect type — 301 Permanent or 302 Temporary.
• Custom URL — manually enter a destination URL.
• Existing content — select a published content item as the destination.

Save the content

Update or publish the item after completing the redirect configuration. The redirect becomes active only after the expiration event has been processed and the item is marked as expired.
