Adding a New Device

A new Device is added when you pair another Windows computer running the Deviking Print Agent with your WooCommerce store.

Each paired computer appears separately under:

Deviking Order Autoprint → Devices

1. Install the Deviking Print Agent

On the Windows computer you want to add, install:

Deviking Print Agent Setup.exe

Open the Agent after installation.

2. Generate a Pairing Code in WordPress

In your WordPress dashboard, go to:

Deviking Order Autoprint → Devices

Click:

Generate Pairing Code

A temporary pairing code will be created.

Use the code before it expires.

3. Open the Agent on the New Computer

In the Deviking Print Agent, locate:

Add licensed WordPress site

Enter:

• Site URL
• Device name
• Pairing code

For the Device name, use something descriptive, for example:

• Warehouse PC
• Office PC
• Kitchen PC
• Dispatch Computer

4. Click Add Site

Click:

Add Site

The Agent will connect to the WooCommerce website and complete the pairing process.

After successful pairing, the site will appear under:

Sites / Connections

inside the Agent.

5. Verify the New Device in WordPress

Return to:

Deviking Order Autoprint → Devices

The new computer should now appear in the Device list.

You should be able to see information such as:

• Device name
• Online / Offline status
• Agent version
• Operating system
• Last connection
• Last IP
• Detected printers

6. Check the Reported Printers

The new Device automatically reports the printers installed in Windows.

Verify that the printers you want to use appear under the Device.

If a printer does not appear, make sure it is installed and available in Windows first.

7. Use the New Device in Print Rules

Once the Device is online, it becomes available when configuring Print Rules.

You can select:

Device → Printer

and route specific WooCommerce print jobs to that computer.

8. Adding More Devices

You can repeat the same process for additional Windows computers.

A licensed WooCommerce site can use multiple Devices and multiple printers at the same time.

For example:

Office PC → A4 Printer
Warehouse PC → Packing Printer
Kitchen PC → Thermal Printer

Each Device works independently.
