Print Job Failed

A Failed status means the job was created but the Agent could not complete printing.

Common causes

• Printer offline
• Driver error
• Network printer unavailable
• Invalid printer name
• Unsupported thermal mode
• Windows spooler problem

Recovery

Fix the printer or connection issue, then Retry or Reassign the job.

Logs

Review Agent logs for the underlying Windows printing error.
