Automatic Printing Workflow

Automatic printing requires no manual action after the workflow is configured.

Process

1. WooCommerce order enters the configured status.
2. Enabled rules are evaluated.
3. Matching rules create Print Jobs.
4. The Agent claims jobs for its Device.
5. Windows sends the document to the selected printer.
6. The Agent reports Printed or Failed.

Multiple departments

One order can create separate jobs for several matching rules and printers.
