Viewing Agent Version, OS and Last Connection

The Devices page provides technical information about each connected Deviking Print Agent.

This is useful for checking which Agent version is installed, identifying the Windows system in use, and seeing when the Device last communicated with WooCommerce.

1. Open Devices

In your WordPress dashboard, go to:

Deviking Order Autoprint → Devices

Find the Device you want to inspect.

2. Agent Version

Each Device reports the installed Deviking Print Agent version.

For example:

Agent version: 1.3.0

This helps you confirm whether the computer is running the latest available Agent release.

If a newer Agent version is available, the Device may also show:

Update available

3. Operating System

The Agent reports basic Windows information for the Device.

This can include:

• Windows version
• System architecture
• 32-bit or 64-bit environment

This information is useful when troubleshooting installation or compatibility issues.

4. Last Connection

The Device also shows when it last contacted the WooCommerce site.

This is useful for determining whether:

• The Agent is currently active
• The Device has recently gone offline
• The computer has been disconnected for a longer period

An Online Device should update this information regularly while the Agent is running.

5. Last IP Address

The Devices screen can also display the most recently reported IP address.

This can help identify the network from which the Agent last connected.

The IP information is primarily intended for administration and troubleshooting.

6. Why This Information Is Useful

Agent and Device information can help when:

• Checking whether all computers are running the same Agent version
• Investigating an Offline Device
• Confirming which computer is connected
• Troubleshooting communication problems
• Identifying Devices that may need an Agent update

7. Updating an Older Agent

If the Agent is outdated, you can update it through the Agent’s built-in update system.

On the Windows computer, open Deviking Print Agent and use:

Check for updates

If automatic Agent updates are enabled, available updates can also be installed automatically.
