Filtering by Shipping Country
You can use the Shipping Country condition to print only orders being shipped to specific countries.
This is useful when international orders require different documents, printers, or fulfillment workflows.
1. Open the Print Rule
In your WordPress dashboard, go to:
Deviking Order Autoprint → Print Rules
Edit the rule you want to configure.
2. Add the Shipping Country Condition
Locate the rule conditions and select:
Shipping Country
Choose the country that should match the rule.
The available countries come from WooCommerce.
3. Example: Greece Orders
A rule could be configured as:
Trigger: Processing
Shipping Country: Greece
Printer: Warehouse A4 Printer
Only Processing orders shipping to Greece will match this rule.
4. Example: International Orders
You may want international orders to print separately.
For example:
Trigger: Processing
Shipping Country: Germany
Template: Packing List
Printer: International Orders Printer
This can help separate domestic and international fulfillment.
5. Combine with Other Conditions
Shipping Country can be combined with other rule conditions.
For example:
Trigger: Processing
Shipping Country: Greece
Payment Method: Cash on Delivery
Minimum Order Total: 50
The order must match the complete rule configuration before a print job is created.
6. Different Rules for Different Countries
You can create separate rules for specific countries.
For example:
Rule 1
Greece → Domestic Warehouse Printer
Rule 2
Germany → EU Orders Printer
Rule 3
United States → International Orders Printer
Each rule can use its own printer, template and layout.
7. Shipping Country vs Billing Country
The condition uses the shipping destination of the WooCommerce order.
This is important when the customer’s billing country is different from the delivery country.
8. Shipping State or Region
After selecting a Shipping Country, you can make the rule more specific by also filtering by:
Shipping State / Region
This is useful for countries where orders are handled differently depending on state, province or region.
9. When to Use Shipping Country Filtering
Shipping Country filtering is useful when:
- Domestic and international orders are handled separately
- Different countries require different documents
- Different fulfillment teams process different destinations
- Specific countries use different carriers
- International orders need dedicated packing workflows
