Adjusting Spacing and Margins

Spacing and margins affect how much room exists around and between document content.

You can configure margins according to the selected paper type.

For example:

Moderate margins can provide a clean professional layout.

Smaller margins allow more usable width.

Keep side margins minimal because printable width is limited.

If content is clipped, increase the relevant margin slightly.

If the document contains excessive empty space, reduce the margins or spacing.

Remember that Windows printer drivers may also define a non-printable area.
