Cancel a Print Job when it should no longer be printed.

When to cancel

• The order was cancelled
• The document is no longer needed
• A duplicate job was created
• The job was assigned to the wrong workflow

History

Cancelled jobs remain visible in history for auditing.

Limit

A document that has already physically printed cannot be undone by cancelling its historical job.
