Manual Printing Does Not Work

If manual printing fails, confirm that the request creates a Print Job and that the selected Device can process it.

Checklist

1. Confirm the license is active.
2. Confirm the Device is Online.
3. Confirm the printer is reported.
4. Search Print Jobs for the manual job.
5. Check Agent Activity.
6. Test the printer directly in Windows.
