Connecting the Print Agent to WooCommerce

After installing both the WordPress plugin and the Windows Print Agent, the next step is to pair them securely.

Pairing creates a trusted connection between your WooCommerce store and the specific Windows computer running the Agent.

1. Open Deviking Order Autoprint in WordPress

In your WordPress dashboard, go to:

Deviking Order Autoprint → Devices

This page shows all computers currently connected to your WooCommerce store.

2. Generate a Pairing Code

Click:

Generate Pairing Code

A temporary pairing code will be created.

Pairing codes are valid only for a limited time, so use the code shortly after generating it.

3. Open the Deviking Print Agent

On the Windows computer, open:

Deviking Print Agent

In the Add licensed WordPress site section, enter:

• Site URL
• Device name
• Pairing code

Example Site URL:

https://yourstore.com

The Device name can be something descriptive such as:

Warehouse PC

or:

Office Computer

4. Click Add Site

Click:

Add Site

The Agent will contact your WooCommerce website and complete the secure pairing process.

If pairing succeeds, the website will appear in the Sites / Connections list.

The Agent stores its own secure device credentials, so you do not need to enter the pairing code again after restarting Windows.

5. Verify the Device in WordPress

Return to:

Deviking Order Autoprint → Devices

The new computer should now appear in the device list.

You can see information such as:

• Device name
• Online / Offline status
• Agent version
• Operating system
• Last connection
• Last IP
• Detected printers

6. Multiple Sites on One Agent

The same Windows Agent can connect to multiple licensed WooCommerce websites.

To add another site:

1. Generate a pairing code on the second WooCommerce website.
2. Open the Agent.
3. Enter the second Site URL.
4. Enter a Device name.
5. Enter the new pairing code.
6. Click Add Site.

Each site appears separately under Sites / Connections.

7. No Inbound Network Configuration Required

The Agent communicates with WooCommerce using outbound HTTPS connections.

You do not need:

• Port forwarding
• A public IP address
• Incoming firewall rules
• A third-party cloud printing service

The Windows computer only needs internet access and access to the printers installed in Windows.

8. Pairing Complete

Your WooCommerce store and Print Agent are now connected.

The next step is to verify that your printer is available inside Deviking Order Autoprint.
