System Requirements

Before installing Deviking Order Autoprint, make sure your WordPress website and Windows computer meet the following requirements.

WordPress Plugin Requirements

Deviking Order Autoprint requires:

• WordPress 6.5 or later
• WooCommerce 8.5 or later
• PHP 8.0 or later
• Active WooCommerce installation
• HTTPS recommended
• Active Deviking Order Autoprint license

The plugin is compatible with WooCommerce High-Performance Order Storage (HPOS).

Windows Print Agent Requirements

The Deviking Print Agent requires:

• Windows 10 or Windows 11
• 32-bit (x86) or 64-bit (x64) Windows
• Internet connection
• Access to the WooCommerce website
• At least one printer installed in Windows

The Agent is self-contained and does not require a separate .NET installation.

Supported Printers

Deviking Order Autoprint can use printers that are correctly installed and available in Windows, including:

• USB printers
• Network printers
• Wi-Fi printers
• A4 printers
• A5 printers
• 80mm thermal printers
• 58mm thermal printers

If Windows can print to the device, the Deviking Print Agent can normally use it.

Network Requirements

The Agent communicates with WooCommerce using outbound HTTPS connections.

You do not need:

• Port forwarding
• A public IP address
• Incoming firewall rules
• A third-party printing platform

The Windows computer only needs internet access and access to the WooCommerce website.

Multiple Devices and Sites

A licensed WooCommerce site can connect to multiple Print Agents and multiple printers.

A single Print Agent can also connect to multiple licensed WooCommerce websites.

Each WooCommerce website requires its own valid Deviking Order Autoprint license.

Recommended Setup

For reliable automatic printing, we recommend:

• Keeping the Windows computer powered on during business hours
• Enabling Start with Windows in the Print Agent
• Keeping printer drivers updated
• Using a stable internet connection
• Keeping the printer online and available in Windows
