Understanding Templates and Layouts

Deviking Order Autoprint allows each Print Rule to use its own document template and layout.

The selected template provides the starting structure of the printed document, while the layout settings determine which sections and fields appear and how they are presented.

Available templates include:

• Standard Order
• Customer Receipt
• Packing List
• Delivery Note
• Kitchen Ticket

Each Print Rule can have its own template, branding and layout.

This means the same WooCommerce store can print completely different documents depending on the workflow.

For example:

Warehouse Rule
Packing List → A4 Printer

Kitchen Rule
Kitchen Ticket → 80mm Thermal Printer

Customer Receipt Rule
Customer Receipt → 58mm Thermal Printer

Template and layout settings are stored independently for each rule.
