Deviking Order Autoprint

Connecting Multiple WooCommerce Sites to One Agent

The Deviking Print Agent can connect to more than one licensed WooCommerce website from the same Windows computer.

This is useful when several stores share the same office, warehouse, kitchen or printing setup.

1. Requirements

Before adding another WooCommerce site, make sure:

  • Deviking Order Autoprint is installed on the additional website.
  • The website has its own active license.
  • The Deviking Print Agent is already installed on the Windows computer.
  • The Agent can access the website over HTTPS.

Each WooCommerce site requires its own license.

The Agent itself does not require a separate license for each connected site.

2. Generate a Pairing Code on the Additional Site

Log in to the WordPress administration area of the second WooCommerce website.

Go to:

Deviking Order Autoprint → Devices

Click:

Generate Pairing Code

A temporary pairing code will be created for that website.

3. Open the Existing Print Agent

Open the Deviking Print Agent on the Windows computer.

Under:

Add licensed WordPress site

enter:

  • Site URL
  • Device name
  • Pairing code

The Site URL must belong to the additional WooCommerce website.

4. Click Add Site

Click:

Add Site

The Agent will pair with the additional WooCommerce store.

The new website will then appear under:

Sites / Connections

The existing site remains connected.

5. Repeat for Additional Sites

You can repeat the same process for more WooCommerce stores.

For example:

  • shop-one.com
  • shop-two.com
  • shop-three.com

Each site maintains its own:

  • Device connection
  • Device UUID
  • Authentication token
  • Print jobs
  • License status

6. Printers Are Shared Locally

All sites connected to the same Agent can use printers installed on that Windows computer.

For example:

Warehouse PC

  • A4 Packing Printer
  • 80mm Thermal Printer

Both shop-one.com and shop-two.com can use these printers if they are paired with the same Agent.

Printer assignment is configured separately inside each WooCommerce website.

7. Independent Print Jobs

Each WooCommerce site manages its own Print Rules and Print Jobs.

A job created by one website does not interfere with jobs from another site.

The Agent checks all connected sites independently and processes jobs from each connection.

8. Removing One Site

If you no longer want the Agent to connect to one of the websites, select that site under:

Sites / Connections

and click:

Remove selected site

This removes only that local site connection.

Other connected WooCommerce websites remain unaffected.

If required, you can also remove or revoke the Device from the WordPress Devices page of that website.

Example

A business operates two WooCommerce stores:

store-a.com
store-b.com

Both use the same warehouse computer.

The setup can be:

One Deviking Print Agent

  • store-a.com
  • store-b.com

Windows Printers

  • Warehouse A4 Printer
  • Thermal Printer

There is no need to install a second Agent on the same computer.
