Filtering by Minimum and Maximum Order Total
You can use Minimum Order Total and Maximum Order Total conditions to print only orders within a specific value range.
This is useful when higher-value or lower-value orders require different workflows, documents or printers.
1. Open the Print Rule
In your WordPress dashboard, go to:
Deviking Order Autoprint → Print Rules
Edit the rule you want to configure.
2. Set a Minimum Order Total
Use:
Minimum Order Total
to make the rule match only orders above the selected amount.
Example:
Minimum Order Total: 100
Only orders with a total of 100 or more will match that condition.
3. Set a Maximum Order Total
Use:
Maximum Order Total
to make the rule match only orders below the selected amount.
Example:
Maximum Order Total: 50
Only orders with a total of 50 or less will match that condition.
4. Create a Value Range
You can use both conditions together.
Example:
Minimum Order Total: 50
Maximum Order Total: 200
The rule will match orders within that range.
5. Example: High-Value Orders
A rule could be configured as:
Trigger: Processing
Minimum Order Total: 500
Printer: Office Printer
Template: Standard Order
This can be used to route high-value orders to a specific department or printer.
6. Example: Small Orders
Another rule could use:
Trigger: Processing
Maximum Order Total: 30
Printer: Packing Station Printer
This allows smaller orders to follow a different workflow.
7. Combine with Other Conditions
Order Total conditions can be combined with other filters.
For example:
Trigger: Processing
Shipping Country: Greece
Payment Method: Cash on Delivery
Minimum Order Total: 100
The order must match the complete rule configuration before a print job is created.
8. Different Rules for Different Order Values
You can create separate rules for different value ranges.
For example:
Rule 1
0–50 → Standard Packing Printer
Rule 2
50–250 → Warehouse Printer
Rule 3
250+ → Priority Orders Printer
Each rule can use its own printer, template and layout.
9. Currency
The order total condition uses the WooCommerce order value.
Make sure your rules are configured according to the store currency used by your WooCommerce installation.
10. When to Use Order Total Filtering
Minimum and Maximum Order Total conditions are useful when:
- High-value orders require special handling
- Large orders go to a different department
- Small orders use a different packing process
- Different value ranges require different documents
- Priority orders need a dedicated printer
