Previewing the Print Layout

Before using a new layout in production, you can preview the document using a recent WooCommerce order.

Open the Print Rule and use:

Preview Latest Order

The preview allows you to check how the selected template and layout will look using real order information.

Use the preview to check:

• Logo size
• Business information
• Product layout
• Customer details
• Totals
• Custom text
• Footer
• Alignment
• Font size
• General spacing

A preview is useful for layout preparation, but a physical test print is still recommended because printer drivers and printable areas can affect the final output.
