Preventing Duplicate Prints

Deviking Order Autoprint includes job deduplication to reduce accidental duplicate automatic jobs for the same rule event.

Deduplication

Automatic jobs are identified using the order, rule, status, Device and Printer context.

Overlapping rules

Two different matching rules can still intentionally create two separate jobs.

Manual reprints

A deliberate Reprint creates another job by design.

Troubleshooting

If unexpected duplicates occur, review overlapping enabled rules and repeated order-status transitions.
