Understanding Pending Jobs

Pending means a Print Job exists but has not yet been completed by the target Agent.

Common reasons

• Agent has not polled yet
• Device is Offline
• Printer is unavailable
• Job is waiting behind other work
• The destination was recently reassigned

Troubleshooting

Check the Device status, Agent Activity and printer availability if a job remains Pending unexpectedly.
